“CookaBurra” Offers Multicultural Cuisine
Ready to take your taste buds on a holiday? Then you’ve come to the right place!
The 2017 Culburra Beach Festival’s “Multicultural CookaBurra Food” project is supported by Multicultural NSW and features glorious locally cooked food and cuisine from around the world.
Local home cooks from across the South Coast – Shoalhaven region are preparing their very own favourite dish that celebrates the flavours from their home country, their heritage for everyone to experience food from countries like Vietnam, India, South America, Indonesian, Israel, Greece, Mexico, Tibet and Aboriginal to name a few.
There will be the opportunity to talk to the local cooks, sample some tasty morsels and get the recipes so you can cook the dish at home. You’ll find something for everyone, so take a quick foodie trip around the world – and you can leave your passport at home. It’s all available at the CookaBurra Multicultural Food Project during the 2017 festival on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 May.
